Ashley Grandkoski, M.S.O.M., L.Ac., LMT, Reiki Master
Hi, I'm Ashley, and I am extremely passionate about natural health and healing and living a fulfilled, connected, spiritual life. Through my own journey of healing, I have learned so much about what true health means and I lost all interest in practicing anything but the deepest kind of root medicine. I've studied massage and bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Chinese and western herbology, Reiki, shamanism and many, many other topics within the realm of natural and holistic medicine. I have also worked with and honed my intuitive abilities and energy reading skills, which have combined to create a totally unique and very powerful approach to healing. Through every one of my offerings, my mission is not just to heal the body, but to also heal the soul and spirit, to elevate human consciousness and to contribute to the awakening of our species. I believe these times are so unique, so powerful and so important. I am working to contribute to the energetic shift that is happening on our planet in this moment and to reconnect us all to the most basic and nourishing elements of life.

My Education and Training
I attended East-West college of the Healing Arts, completing an 801 hour certification program, which included training in Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu and Tui Na massage. I graduated from this program in 2006, and have been doing bodywork ever since. I am currently licensed for massage in the state of Colorado.
I completed my Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.) at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, finishing the program in 2012. I am currently a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado. While in school, I received additional training in Shoni shin (a gentle, needle-free style of pediatric treatment), and wrote my thesis on the topic of treatments for supporting labor and birth.
I completed the Master level and teacher training in Usui Reiki.
I took a series of courses on basic Shamanism and have worked with shamanic practitioners, participating in ceremonies and healings.
I've done endless hours of my own transformational healing work, being involved in groups and having individual sessions with coaches, spiritual leaders and guides. This has taught me so much about how to make true change in life.
I have also done many, many hours of continuing education on various subjects, including pediatrics, conception/pregnancy/birth, postpartum, reflexology, women's and hormonal health, herbalism and many other topics.
And lastly, I am an extremely avid reader and self-educator and have spent countless hours taking in, digesting and assimilating information on all things related to natural health, nutrition and self-transformation.
